North Fulton Community Of Stratmore

Stratmore is a lovely residential community in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek, Georgia, area. With homes ranging from the low $200,000's to the mid $400,000's, the houses were built between 1989 and 1998. Neighborhood amenities include cable television availability, homeowners association, playground, sidewalks, street lights, swimming pool, and tennis courts. HOA fees are $550 per year, at time of post.



Homes in Stratmore have 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 4 bathrooms, and sit on lots up to 3/4 acre. Most homes have 2 car garages and are of a traditional style. In this well-established neighborhood, homes have wonderful upgrades. Typical ones include a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, finished basement, master suite, spa-like bathroom, and much more!
